We ship to the contiguous 48 US States. International orders are unfortunately not accepted at this time.
How long it takes for your order to reach you depends on what day you placed it. To ensure your order's quality and safety, we do not ship over weekends. Orders placed by 8 AM CST Wednesday will deliver the same week.
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
When you receive your order please open the box and carefully remove the dry ice and wrapping paper to find your products. To ensure quality and safety, move all products to the freezer immediately. If you do not have enough freezer space, remove the products from their boxes before placing them in the freezer.
Due to the perishable nature of frozen foods we do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist!
